Chris Gethard is the star of “The Chris Gethard Show” and the host of the popular Earwolf podcast “Beautiful Stories from Anonymous People.” Chris also starred in the Mike Birbiglia film, “Don’t Think Twice”, and can be seen as ‘Todd’ on Comedy Central’s “Broad City”. Other credits include “Inside Amy Schumer,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Office,” and the film “The Heat.” Chris is also the author of the book A Bad Idea I’m About to Do and his first stand-up album (“My Comedy Album”) debuted at #2 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart in 2014. Chris’s one man show, “Career Suicide” (produced by Judd Apatow), premiered on HBO in 2017 after completing a successful off-broadway run at The Lynn Redgrave Theatre in NYC. Sabrina Jalees is a Canadian Pakistani comedian, keynote speaker and writer based in Los Angeles and has a strong following as a stand-up touring across multiple continents. Sabrina was most recently a writer and executive story editor for ABC’s “The Mayor”. Sabrina also has 15-minute special on Netflix’s “The Comedy Lineup”, was a recurring guest on Comedy Central’s “The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore”, and is developing the next iteration of her web-series “How Many Questions” with Comedy Central’s digital arm. She has also appeared on “Last Comic Standing”, “Best Week Ever”, and “Adam Devine’s House Party”. She is an incredible advocate for gay rights, racial diversity and speaks to living honestly as you can see from her inspirational TED talk. Sabrina can be seen on “Transparent” on Amazon and she recently finished writing on NBC’s “Crowded” and “Powerless”.
Cipha Sounds is, and has always been, more than your average DJ. Over the course of his packed career, he has been responsible for breaking artists like Rihanna and Rick Ross, has shared the stage with some of the world’s biggest musicians and comedians – from Jay Z to Dave Chappelle – and has established himself as a respected figure in New York’s stand-up and improv scenes. He is also currently the host of TruTV’s hit show “Laff Mob’s Laff Tracks”.
He combined both fields as the official DJ for Comedy Central’s Chapelle’s Show, and has continued to work with Dave Chappelle ever since, joining him on tours as a DJ and opening comedian. He is a regular DJ at Saturday Night Live after parties, and appeared in Michael Che’s Netflix Special. He is now Che’s go-to opening act on the road, and just finished a large multi- city tour in the states and throughout Europe.
Cipha Sounds performs standup comedy at clubs around the city, including the legendary Comedy Cellar, ands hosts “Take it Personal – The Hip Hop Improv Show,” at UCB every month night. “Take it Personal,” has featured many celebrity guests, including Questlove, DJ Premier, The Wu-Tang Clan, Zoe Kravitz, Donald Glover, and 2Chainz. It is a featured TV show on Jay Z’s streaming service TIDAL.
Chris “Comedian CP” Powell is currently in post-production on THE BUD GELLERSEN SHOW, a pilot he is starring in and created for Adult Swim. He is also recurring as “Ned” on the critically acclaimed Comedy Central series DETROITERS.
Prior to the entertainment business, CP was a rising advertising executive in Detroit. Since arriving in Los Angeles, CP has recurred on EMPIRE, performed on ALL DEF COMEDY (HBO), created and starred in the TBS pilot THE D, and hosted the MTV2 series WORLD STAR TV.
Nicole Aimee Schreiber is a Los Angeles-based comedian, writer and actress. Born and raised in beautiful Detroit, Nicole has been selected to perform in dozens of comedy festivals, and won the joke competition at 2016’s ‘Hell Yes Fest’. She has appeared on Oxygen’s series ‘Funny Girls’, Hulu’s original series ‘Deadbeat’, Comedy Central’s hit show ‘Roast Battle’ and the 2018 Sklar Brothers documentary, ‘Poop Talk’ alongside such comedians as Nicole Byer and Kumail Nanjiani. Nicole can be seen performing in some of the most respected rooms across the country and is a paid regular at the Comedy Store, the Laugh Factory, the Improv and the Comedy Cellar. She regularly features for Dave Attell and recently opened for him and Jeff Ross on their Bumping Mics tour. Nicole’s comedy is best described as dark, irreverent and delightfully filthy.
Ron Taylor is a stand-up comedian, writer, and actor who hails from Detroit. He performed at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal as part of Kevin Hart’s talent showcase LOL LIVE and as part of JFL New Faces. Ron has been featured on Comedy Central, B.E.T’s Apollo Live, Fox TV’s Laughs, and on the All Def-Digital network. He performs comedy in clubs all over the world, and is a paid regular at the world famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles, where he currently lives.
